- Conditions: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if the service was not delivered as described or if there are significant issues with the quality of service
- Partial Services: If only a portion of the service has been completed, refunds may be prorated based on the work completed
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once delivered:
- Completed energy assessment reports
- On-site consultations that have been conducted
- Customized energy efficiency recommendations that have been provided
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered
- Digital reports and documentation that have been sent to the client
However, we will work with you to address any concerns or issues with these services through our dispute resolution process.
Consultation Services
Our consulting services are provided based on professional assessment of your property and energy usage patterns. Because our services involve professional expertise and time investment, the following policies apply:
- Initial consultations are often complimentary and non-refundable
- Paid assessment reports reflect the professional work completed
- Service fees are typically non-refundable once the assessment has been conducted
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation:
- 48 hours or more before appointment: Full refund or rescheduling available at no charge
- Less than 48 hours before appointment: Rescheduling available, partial refund may apply (typically 50% of service fee)
- No-shows without prior notice: No refund available
- Same-day cancellations: No refund available, but rescheduling may be possible subject to availability
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone to the contact information provided below.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your assessment report. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:
- Clarification of recommendations
- Additional consultation at no extra charge
- Partial refund in exceptional circumstances
Return Costs
Since our services are primarily consulting-based and do not involve physical products, there are typically no shipping costs associated with returns or refunds.
However, in the following situations, costs may apply:
- Re-assessment fees: If you request a new assessment after cancellation, standard service fees will apply
- Administrative fees: In exceptional cases where significant administrative work is required to process a refund, a small administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount
- Equipment purchases: If you purchase equipment based on our recommendations from third-party vendors, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the vendor's return policy, not Divisionuunique
We will clearly communicate any applicable fees before processing your refund request.

- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method

Refund Procedure
When a refund is approved, the following procedure applies:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service
- Partial Refunds: If only a portion of the service is eligible for refund, the amount will be calculated based on work completed and services delivered
- Notification: You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed
- Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Equipment Recommendations
Please note that Divisionuunique provides recommendations for energy-efficient equipment but does not sell equipment directly. For returns or refunds on equipment purchases, please contact the respective vendor or retailer from whom you made the purchase.
We are not responsible for returns, refunds, or warranties related to equipment purchases made from third-party vendors based on our recommendations.
General Legal Requirements
